Great Stroller October 2, 2008 Lovely (Bx Baby) After reading tons of reviews online and searching for many long hours for the perfect stroller, I decided this was the one for me. I needed something lightweight, and can be used for an infant as well as a toddler. I received it at my baby shower and it has to be one of the best and most important gifts I registered for. It is light weight, strolls like a breeze, easy to handle with one hand, & handles city pavement and country gravel perfectly. I get many compliments and "cool stroller!" comments. When someone wants to stroll my son around, they can't get over its easy manuverability. It fits my Graco Safeseat infant car seat (Ionic color) very well. When I see other moms with those bulky, plastic strollers, it makes me soo thankful for my Zooper. I even caught one woman staring today! Baby is now two months old and luvs his stroller just as much as I do. I can't find anything to complain about!
Just Okay September 19, 2008 Jamie C. D. Larue I was excited about this stroller because it got such good reviews (here and elsewhere) and it's so lightweight. But I have to say that I'm unimpressed. True, it does come with a rain hood and a foot muff, the canopy gives great coverage, there's lots of storage, it reclines fully, it "drives" well, and it looks nice; but it's not very user friendly for opening/closing the stroller or for adjusting the canopy. Adjusting the canopy, in particular, drives me nuts-- whenever I so much as touch it, the canopy comes loose from the stroller and falls down, and I have to stop and put it back together. So, I'm not sure I'd recommend this stroller over another one; it's just mediocre.
Zooper Waltz is something to consider !! June 13, 2008 B. Libowsky (los Angeles, California United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is my third child (after 7 years) and I wanted to pick something we could afford as well as had the functions that were right for me. I love that this stroller stands independently when you fold it, no leaning against a wall. I love that it reclines far back enough for the baby to sleep. I love that I do not have to remove any thing before putting it in the car. It's decently light weight, the wheels are fabulous, the strap covers come off for washing. I think we made the right choice, the basket is not perfect, but its not as bad as some. Hope you find what is right for you, HAPPY BABY !!
Has PINK piping trim! May 21, 2008 emory2001 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
This stroller is for a girl. I ordered the double of this stroller in the same color (Wheat) through another company, because I don't know where to find them locally. I was completely surprised when it showed up with PINK piping on it, which does not show up in photos. Even further misdleading is that as of the date of this review, on the Zooper website, they have a page that shows a little boy leaning over a wheat colored Zooper! I have notified the company that if I find out I'm having a boy, I expect to be able to exchange it for another color. I will try to remember to update my review then.
Great stroller May 10, 2008 Safe Mama (Philadelphia, PA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I've got to be one of the pickiest people I know when it comes to strollers. I have high standards and a ridiculous list of wants in a stroller. We have the Rock Star Baby, which I do really like, but it's not really a great stroller for traveling. I wanted something a little lighter but fit the majority of my list of needs:
snack tray cup holder fully reclines larger basket handle bar (not split handle) tires instead of wheels adjustable leg rest.
This had almost all of my needs, but fit it enough that I didn't walk away from it. For a lighter weight stroller, this has a lot more storage space than most that I've seen. It comes with a rain cover, a foot muff, and it fully reclines. I ended up with the 07 model, so there's no snack tray, but they're coming out with one for purchase in a month or so, and I will definitely pick one up. It didn't have tires, but since I still have my Rock Star, I can use that for terrain walking. This is a clean looking stroller, that handles very well, and folds with extreme ease (it takes one or two tries to get the hang of it, but it's very quick to learn). The canopy is very generous and there's even a little pocket in there to hold my keys and a wallet. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this stroller for every day use. It's not bulky, but there's still enough room for my son to move about.
