I purchased this product two years ago from AS SEEN ON TV and paid full price.I was super exited when i saw it on Amazon for 19 $
I have never had abs in my life,until i started using this machine.Yes it does look like a toy,yes it is made of plastic,but....if you want perfect easy abs,this is the product to go with.You can crunch on it while sitting on the sofa watching tv.After 50 or so crunches you will definitelly feel the burn in your lower stomach.It helped me and i know it will help you.Just dont give up!!

It is a Whole Program, not just a machine.This unique program gives you faster and better results with less work., It combins healthy nutrition with exercise.
The DVD contains three ab workouts:the basic workout, the intermediate, and the advanced, so you can easly start and adjust your workout according to uour specific situation.
I have achieved a great improvement within the first week.
