This product was very easy to install and is quite sturdy once in place. A simple, understated style made this a good fit in my stainless steel kitchen. Performed well as letter holder. Upon arrival, some of the key hooks were a bit misaligned, but were easily bent back straight again. Pay attention to the description..."chrome finish". This rack is bright chrome even though it looks like dull chrome or brushed nickel from the picture. Still very happy with purchase.
