Good Bag but... October 9, 2008 Miguel Eduardo Lucero Graterol They sent me the bag in a box too big! and I live in venezuela and tube to pay 100 dollars for shipping a bag that cost me 20 dollars. But if the bag is quite nice and comfortable. Very good bag.
NEORENE CASE October 6, 2008 K. CARBERRY (NEW YORK) THIS WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. IT WASN'T EASY TO FIND A CASE FOR A 17 INCH NOTEBOOK THAT WASN'T A PIECE OF LUGGAGE, BUT IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT, VERY STURDY, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.
handy little bag October 5, 2008 Nancy Abrams (california) This is an affordable, lightweight, flexible, water resistant bag for carrying my Lenovo 17 inch laptop. I like its fabric and light weight and the way my laptop slips easily into the case. I can carry it either in my hand or over my shoulder. I wish it had better pockets for cords, battery pack, wireless mouse etc, but cannot imagine how a case of this design could do anything different. It does hold these things and more but it makes it a little bit bulky. Since it is slim, these items will of course bulk it up. Nice case in any case. Glad I bought it.
Targus Slip Case for 17" Notebooks October 4, 2008 J. Schlank (CA, USA) I have a Targus Rolling Travel Notebook Case for my laptop and related stuff that is the size of a piece of carry on luggage. Before the airlines got screwy, I never had a problem using it as a carry on. Now, sometimes it is allowed as a carry on, sometimes not, even by the same airline. Obviously, I don't want to check my lap top with it if the Case is rejected as a piece of carry on luggage, so I got this thin Slip Case to carry inside the Rolling Case. Now, if I have to check the Rolling Travel Notebook Case, I just remove this slip case and my lap top from it, and stick the lap top in the slip case. It's thin enough to put in the Rolling Case and has the minimum protection for use by itself. It works well just for walking through the airport and while flying. It has a small storage section for other items, keys, pens, and files, etc. The shoulder strap works well and is comfortable. As an adjunct to the rolling case I'd give it 4 stars but as a stand alone case for every day use, maybe 1.5 stars.
Worth the price October 3, 2008 Tom (Columbia, MD) It's inexpensive - that's the good part.
Not much padding for the computer. Not the best backpack, but if your main concern is price it will get the job done.
