The Steel String Acoustic Guitar has a loud, bright ringing tone that clearly projects to the listener. This type of guitar is the backbone of most country and bluegrass bands. It's perfect for backing a singer and its stylistic palette encompasses everything from New Age and Country Blues, to hot Bluegrass flatpicking, jazz fusion and "unplugged" rock. Sound, beauty and price were all blended together when this guitar was created. From the deep, warm tones of the Mahogany back and sides to the loud, bright projection of the Solid Spruce top you'll never want to play anything else after you've put your hands one one of these guitars.

Very nice beginner guitar. November 18, 2008 S. Singh (Oakland, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was looking for a guitar to start taking some lessons, but wasn't sure if I would continue playing. In short I did not want to spend a lot of money on something I wasn't so sure if I would continue or not. This seemed like a great deal. I bought it, but didn't know what to expect. but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. The guitar just looks beautiful. It has a good body and a great finish. I tried to tune it and it held the tune pretty well. It cam with the promised accessories, the gig bag, strings, strap etc. Overall, I was very satisfied. May be I will lean to play a tune or two :-)
best beginner guitar. June 7, 2008 Wilbur Lidzy (Guatemala Central America) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Keep this under the bed and drag it out to practice. I could probably play the guitar if I practiced more. Nice design and easy to tune.
WAY BETTER ON THE MARKET. NOT EVEN A BEGGINER GUITAR March 19, 2008 Randall J. Williams 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
This guitar is not very good. I went and bought one off ebay after I looked at this one, and this is not originally a 300 dollar guitar. On ebay u can get a great beginner guitar for 30 bucks, pick, metal strings, gig bag, strap, etc. way better deal. Search fretshop on ebay. that is the seller and they r amazing.
Not Very High Quality... February 6, 2008 Jameson Cunningham 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
While tuning my quitar, the surface separated from the base. As I understand, that's not supposed to happen. I would not recommend this quitar, it's not very high quality and will not last very long...
Good Beginers Guitar January 15, 2008 Prem Kumar Singh It is a very good beginers guitar. The sound is great and i enjoy playing with it!!!
