4 out of 5 stars This Kit Is O.K.   March 15, 2008

This drum kit is ok, mostly for beginner-intermediate drummers. It needs new heads after a couple months or so. Cymbals arent so great, but you do what you can with what youve got. It also is very confusing and takes a long time to get set up, but once it is set up, it is a very decent set for the money.

I just ordered this set about a week ago and ive been playing on it for about 6 days and it is holding up great and the cymbals sound amzing. they are very crisp. You may have to change them after a while because they do have a lot of wear and tear but they keep sounding great. The drums head are pretty good for the first week but then they start to get dents everywhere but they do still hold up. You will want to get some dampner gfel pieces or dampener rings they will sound a ton better. You might need to get some new ones and this set would be even better. The base drum holds up really nice and sounds great. You just need to put a pillow or something to dampen the sound. If you are looking for a cheap drum set to just practice on this is the one. It does come with a pair of drum sticks but they already broke so i would recomond you to get a different set of sticks. But if you have been playing the drums for more than a year you might want to get a different set. This set is only for beginners or intermediate players. But if youre looking for a cheap set for a child or your self then get this one Overall i would have to give it a five star becuase it holds up great, sounds great, and it does help if you are just strating out or just need something to practice on.

My mom and dad got it for me and I love it! Great sounding drums and cymbals, and a great price. For everyone out there I tell you: This is the one you want. Don't go any further! It's great.

This might be one of the most affordable and great sounding drums out there. It has a resonating deep sound and is good for almostg any type of music. Plus, it comes with cymbols, which beleave it or not costs less than buyhing cymbols seperatly. I did the math. Using all pulse equipment, It would come to a tottal of 410 dollars by using the least expensive kits. The drum set is a must buy for any upcoming drummer, or you can just give it to a nephew to bang on. 5 stars!
