Great for sinus problems. I use with salt and hot pepper
wash that I bought from sinus blaster.
The hot pepper acts kills infection. I guess garlic wash would help too.
The hot pepper wash is like a red pepper tea in a little bottle that I buy from sinus blaster. It comes in a little bottle with a dropper.
Sinus blaster also sells some hot pepper sprays for your nose. Those are great too.
Seems to be working to clear out my congestion which feels like it is in my face.
Got to share what works even if it sound werid.
My face finally feels better. I was getting tmj pain from the face congestion.

I bought the Hydro Pulse and have been using it for about a week. All I can say is WOW! It's the nasal equivalent to cleaning the windshield of your car. I can breathe again!
I have been suffering from allergies for about 5 years, and being in Northern California, the smoke from the fires in 2008 have wreaked havoc on my allergies. The thick mucus is gone. I can breath again, snoring is reduced and even food tastes better again!
I know a week of using it is not a testament of how good the machine itself is, but in my book, this was money well spent to have a clear sinus. If the machine breaks sooner than I anticipate, then I will edit my review.
I'm ditching the antihistamine and decongestant and washing my sinuses daily!

Well made, works as advertised. No problems in 3 weeks use. I have not personally received the medical benefit that most have described, but will probabley use it to prevent more significant problems. I feel it is somewhat over priced when a WaterPik is the same basic machinge and half the price.

Had one before and the cord stopped generating electrical current to device. GREAT for sinus relief. Used for years beginning 2001 to relieve sinusitus.

Some things are valuable not for what they are, but for what they do. The Hydro Pulse is one of those things. I have had chronic sinusitis for years and just had nasal surgery last year. Even afterwards, I still suffered with infections. Antibiotics would work for a short time, but never seemed to completely kill out the colony for me. I now use the Hydro-Pulse regulary (every day or two) and I am the clearest I have been in 20+ years. You'll be able to see and feel it work to relieve congestion within the first day or two. $97 is a little pricey, but it has been worth every dime for the improved health I have obtained and it has certainly paid for iteself several times when I consider the amount that it has saved me on doctor's visits, medicines, etc. This is a homeopathic remedy that works.
