I tried this product and initially I loved it because it gave me so much energy. A week later it didnt like me. It gave me lots of gas,so much energy that I ate more. It did not suppress my appetite and I munched on healthy snacks and gained about 4 lbs in one week. One day during that next week I threw up at work(three pills) that was enough for me. Nothing works well for everyone some people have found that it works well for them so go ahead and try it just follow the directions.

Yeah, we've all seen the televisions commercials for Hydroxycut with the "before" and "afters," and the ads in the fitness magazines that make you think you're going to burn 10% of your body fat overnight.
Naturally, if you want to feel like an "after," you can suck in your stomach and improve your posture, but does Hydroxycut Hardcore really work?
It depends.
If you want an appetite suppressant, Hydroxycut Hardcore works well. I'm not a massive eater, so one pill in the morning does it for me. I imagine if you worship at the altar of fullness, you'll probably need to take a couple more. In addition, Hydroxycut Hardcore has a bit of caffeine in it. One pill has an equivalent to one cup of coffee's caffeine. And, naturally, because of all the stimulants, it's great for an energy boost (which is the primary reason I use it).
That being said, did I notice any significant fat burn as a result of Hydroxycut?
Not really, not outside of my normal cardio/strength training routine. However - the strong appetite suppressing qualities will definitely limit your caloric intake, and the stimulants will probably help you burn a few extra calories, in addition to supplying you with more energy for your workouts. So, I guess it'll indirectly cause fat burn... but I imagine you should be careful about that, because your body will likely burn your lean muscle along with the fat, so make sure you get enough protein in your meals to reverse the catabolic effects.
If you want a super fat-burner, my friends have spoken wonders about Lipo 6X in comparison to Hydroxycut Hardcore - I haven't tried that myself, but it's something to research. Though I can't imagine it's that different - look at the ingredients in all the fat burners, and they have a lot of the same crap.
One cautionary note:
I've read from all sorts of customer reviews giving the product a low rating because they failed to follow the directions and got sick on it. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE LABEL. Don't exceed the recommended dosages, and in fact, I wouldn't recommend more than three a day - people who are sensitive to caffeine or small in build are NOT going to have fun if they move up too quickly or take too much. If you feel headaches or nausea or something, immediately decrease your dosage, and if that doesn't work, stop taking it.
Bottom line:
Hydroxycut Hardcore may help with your weight loss efforts, but don't expect it to be a quick solution. If you want to lose weight, improve your diet and hit the gym!
