Thought this well known brand name of soups would be at least be acceptable for lunch since many workers, such as myself, have all of ten minutes to eat during their ten hour workdays.
Beef is hard tiny squares, vegetables are almost mush, stock is weak and is over flavored with a herb that seems to have been charred before addition.
This is good stuff for a microwave cup of soup December 6, 2007

The Progresso Beef and Vegetable Soup is a keeper. It'll populate my cupboards again, I think. This particular Progresso product was quite flavorful -- had decent amounts of "chewin' stuff" in its beefy broth. The two-star drawback? It's not as nicely packed with veggies and beef as the picture on the cup implies.
