Bland tasting, even after adding salt and pepper. Can't taste any beef flavor at all. The meat does not taste like meat, it tastes like watered down vegetable soup. I was really hungry when I had it and at that point anything should have tasted good but it did not. I threw the rest of the can out and gave the others away. I had Healthy Choice Chicken & Noodle soup and it was very good so I thought this would be too. It is not. Their Chicken and Dumpling soup is just as bad.

I got this on a 40% off special, great price, and the soup was good. It was tasty, good amount of ingredients, I was very happy.

My review falls inbetween the previous two reviews. While I do not consider this soup horrible, the prospect of consuming 11 more cans is unappealing.

Healthy Choice Vegetable Beef Soup. TRUST ME, This soup is HORRIBLE. Does not taste like any soup I've Ever tasted. No Beef Flavor. Taste more like the metal can. Vegetables are hard. Heating the soup longer won't make the vegetables softer. I'll never buy healthy choice again. Zero Stars.
