this is an excellent broth for those on salt free gluten free and msg free individuals who are restricted in these ingredients. brother on dialysis could not find this salt free broth anywhere and i found it at amazon thank you amazon for selling this. it is a perfect for making salt free soup and cooking vegetables in the broth. used it dry as a rub on meat and chicken. worked well.

Trying to eat a low sodium diet is not easy these days. I found this product in a specialty food store in Austin, and would buy up what was on the shelves when I went there. They haven't carried it in a while and am glad to see Amazon carries it.
I can't wait for them to carry the jar of SF granules rather than the packets, I use a lot. I make my own Rice a roni type rice and store it in the pantry using this. I also use a dry mix substitute for Cream of Chix soup, and my family can hardly tell the difference. They do a little, but this product has saved me from having to revamp or change my recipes. I can still feed my kids the food they like and I am able to eat it too. Worth every penny!
The beef SF bouillon is really good too! I make my own dry gravy mix and my family loves it.
