Product Description
The highly anticipated sequel to the #1 NEW YORK TIMES bestselling book!
Secrets have a way of getting out, especially when a diary is involved.
Whatever you do, don’t ask Greg Heffley how he spent his summer vacation, because he definitely doesn’t want to talk about it.
As Greg enters the new school year, he’s eager to put the past three months behind him . . . and one event in particular.
Unfortunately for Greg, his older brother, Rodrick, knows all about the incident Greg wants to keep under wraps. But secrets have a way of getting out . . . especially when a diary is involved.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules chronicles Greg’s attempts to navigate the hazards of middle school, impress the girls, steer clear of the school talent show, and most important, keep his secret safe.

another funny book November 14, 2008 Mother of 7 book lovers (alaska) My family loves this book, and the original "Diary of a Wimpy Kid". It is too fun, and the perfect book for reluctant readers age 8-10. They cannot resists the humor! Makes you remember elementary school all over again.
Great book, great condition, but my dog ate it!!!! October 31, 2008 Robert J. Anderson (Virginia Beach, VA) This was a great book that my son loved reading, but the dog ate it 2 days after I got it.
Well worth the purchase though,
Funny and a great book for tweens October 21, 2008 H. Cothran (who cares) I have really enjoyed seeing the smile on my sons face when he read this. This is a book my son would read over and over he would laugh out of control. So, I would most definetly reccomend this book for anyone who needs a laugh. Very good book.
P.S. READ AT LEAST TWICE.
Mustafaa's Book Review October 14, 2008 The book I read was called "Diary of a Wimpy kid". All in all I would agree this book was funny, suspenseful, and did I mention funny. Out of ten stars I would give this book an eleven. I think this because I couldn't take my eyes off of the pages and we all know not lot of twelve year olds like to read. I even read this book while I was eating that's why on page 32 there is a spaghetti mark on it. It only took me two days to finish this book. In my opinion I think that Jeff Kinney is a phenomenal author and a pretty good artist. I know he drew stick figures but they were very detailed. I am not the only one that thinks this book is great People Magazine said" A delightful cartoon filled novel. Publishers weekly said "A laugh out loud novel in cartoons should keep readers in stitches." Kirkus " Unhinging hilarity." School Library Journal said" An excellent choice for reluctant readers." I guess you get it this book was outstanding and extra-ordinary. This book was filled with various adventures like when Greg had to be apart of a swim team and he had to wear Speedo underwear. Also when Greg had the cheese touch. Another great adventure is when Rodrick (Greg's brother) had that wild house party while their parents were out of town. The best adventure or should I say situation is when Greg ran into the bathroom later finding out it was the women's bathroom. Before you read this book you should read the first one so you could understand everything. The "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" should get a best-seller seal because if the whole entire world knew about the great and funny adventures this book had it would be a best-seller.
